**ARRIVAL PROCESS
1. Standard arrival time is 1 hour before the start of the event.
2. Upon arrival, please inform the team of any AV or Soundcheck arrangements that need to be made.
***LOGISTICS
1. Unless prior arrangements have been made, we prefer to book travel and provide an invoice for reimbursement for the speaker and a travel companion upon booking. In most cases, the speaker will have a travel companion.
2. All travel expenses to include all modes of transportation and associated costs, meals, mileage, and hotel accommodations. All airfare will be booked as business class.
3. Speaker requests bottled water in Greenroom.
